Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) Calendar
The PTM calendar outlines scheduled meetings for each grade level across the academic year. Meetings focus on academic progress, behavioral feedback, and goal setting. Reminders are shared via the school app and parents may book time slots using the online PTM system.
PTM Schedule and Format
– PTMs are held four times a year:
• Beginning of the Year (Orientation)
• Mid-Term Performance Review
• Post-Term Exams Feedback
• End-of-Year Transition Planning
– Sessions are 15–20 minutes per student, strictly by appointment to ensure fairness and confidentiality.
– In cases of urgent concerns, ad hoc meetings can be scheduled with prior permission from the Section Head or Academic Coordinator.
